Throughout books 13-15, I found book 15 to be the most interesting, from the action filled events to the dramatic scenes. In this book Hera and Poseidon gets into a dispute and rudely interrupts Zeus serene sleep. Zeus later talks about the fight between the Trojans and Achaeans. In the fight Hector and Patroclus are up against each other and the fate of it all is that Hector will die if he kills Patroclus. Eventually Hector has all the victory against the Achaeans but they’re not too happy with that so Apollo retaliates causing a big misery. Now Ajax and Hector breaks out fighting. It seems to me that Hector can’t ever have a peaceful victory since everybody is up against him. Zeus sees all the commotion that’s going on and unleashes his weapon in which Hector got stoned and shortly after Apollo is in the midst of rejuvenating him.
