     In the beginning of book 22 of the Iliad, Achilles gets into an altercation with Priam’s son Lycaon and proceeds on killing him.  The Trojans comes along and approaches Achilles about his madness but, Achilles isn’t too fond of what the Trojans have to say at this point. So, without any remorse, Achilles kills him. Achilles felt this way because then Trojans didn’t have any remorse when killing Patroklus. Now, at this point Achilles raised hell and the river god now has a problem with him. Achilles is overflowing the river due to all of his killings. Because of this, Achilles and Apollo gets into a fight when in reality Apollo is really disguised as someone else so he can give the Trojans time to flee. As time progresses on it seems like no one is on Achilles side and he is fighting all his battles by himself with the help of nobody.
